I had my Cricut for three years prior to purchasing my Gypsy. I didn't think that I would ever "need" a gypsy and wasn't sure that I would really even like using it. But, I broke down and bought it and I absolutely love it! It is so much better than the design studio too.

I LOVE the Gypsy. I take it with me everywhere and when I get home I just plug it into my Cricut Expression and I am cutting my designs. Anyone who doesn't like this product, really hasn't given it much of a chance. It does take a little getting use to, but with a little time and practice becomes very easy and simple to use.

I bought this Gypsy for my wife for a birthday present. She just loves it and has no complaints at all about it. She loves designing different items and using them on the cricut. She designs on the Gypsy while we are traveling up north to my parents. Completely satisfied. Would recommend this to any cricut user.

I ordered the Gypsy from launch on HSN got it & was disappointed because it came with virtually NO instructions! Went on the message boards and was able to use it...loved it. Tried to register it..could not email CS several times had a day off of work and spent 7 hours on the phone with Provo Craft got it registered....had a great time with it a Christmas was willing to forgive all previous problems..Saw the May 2010 and thought should I try it..my gypsy is not giving me any prolems but wanted to see the photo app..did the update and it has not worked since..Over 12 emails sent...1 response received on June 15 said they would contact me within 3 days have heard nothing!!! Sent more emails no response....Tried to get onto the forum as I am a register gypsy, cricut original and expression and I can't log onto the forum to ask anyone for assistance. Provo Craft does not have any of their webstuff linked, their Customer Service is overwhelmed with complaints and I think they should offer a refund to anyone who bought this product and is unhappy with it. It is down far more often than it runs, the updates just screw it up and you get no where with Customer Service... the theory is great, once you figure out to work any of the products they are good but the Customer Service is terrible. If it were not for the forums I think PC would be out of business because the people on them make the product usable and I am talking about all the products not just the Gypsy..would not purchase again if I knew what I do now. Just want a working product.

I have had the cricut expression since it was released and this addition has taken paper crafting to another level, it is so much fun and just makes you want to design!
